Eu não consigo entrar na cidade de lilycove city o mapa carrega mas o jogo fecha sozinho e não consigo entra no jogo. Me ajuda ?

Eu tinha acabado de derrotar o 6 gym de hoenn ai fui passar para a proxima cidade depois de forttles city, ai entrei na cidade do 7 gym de hoenn ai o jogo fecho sozinho, toda hora que logo na minha conta não entra mais. Que bug é esse ? Podem me ajudar ?
