That was just the server going down. Bad timing made you think it was some kind of bug :P If you encounter the same problem again check the main page for your server status.

I lost from jackson in the lower level of the school What have you already tried to solve the problem? Went back and talked to his mom and then went to the school again and talked to every NPC around there and repeated that a few times. Log in and log out. Nothing. I lost from jackson, Jackson is stuck the npc still guards the passage and whatever i do cant seem to progress. went and talked to his mom talked to npc around school and inside still nothing. logged in and logged out, repeated all the above nothing again.
