It is calm and hp water wouldnt say that is epic, if it was hp fire sure i would pay more, and considering the shiny economy is rip and all the shinies are selling cheap now i would say 4m is a good offer for start :D And i talked with the guy who offered 5m, he offered 5m for insta buy not for auction, there is a deiffernce.
