pro!! do something !! all these people incl me, have to wait and can't play

can someone fix this? i waiting from 14:00 til now , everytime bugs and loading problems... so i have played 20min maybe... thanks for that -.-"

i have exactly the same problem on the same place, tried on red and blue and now are both servers for my frozen on loading screen:((
