This is very rare. Can take screenshot in window(No Fullscreen) about problem and too Tomorrow (24 H after first Screenshot). Staff need proof can work in this.(Think)

This But too remember you no need 4 Johto Badge for trade. You can trade without Johto badge and only can trade Johto Pokemon.
