Update - still can't get into the VIP room after the server reset and after leaving the ship and coming back in.

Don't mean to spam but would like to continue playing, anyway this can be fixed? I was told to request an admin/GM on the forum... So I'm waiting

Okay I can re-enter now after the server reset, however, the scientist says he gave me the VIP ticket but when I go to the guard I don't have it... It's not there and I can't enter which means I can't continue the story, and now I'm just on the ship.....

He told me to explore the ballroom and that he already gave me a VIP ticket, but it disappeared completely so I couldn't go in the VIP area of the ballroom What have you already tried to solve the problem? I can't even enter the SS Anne, there's no dialog whatsoever, so I can't continue the story. Need my account to be fixed please... Been working hard on it.
