fastest way I've learned is the following: catch 5 ariados/spinarak in the sky pillar they are like lvl 42-50ish. Evolve all to ariados, and learn it sucker punch at the move tutor, so max 10k cost then go to deoxys and use sucker punch, you will kill it with 5.
