Thanks for the link, but i dont have Evidences, I had to change my windows cracked for an official, so I lost all my screens and unfortunately my files. I would not call but can I at least know how long I mute in the game? my guild does not understand at all why I did not answer them.

I spent 200 euros in the game this month and I'm getting ban because a kid has sent you a screen that bore me harm? but have you got the full conversation? Did he sent his insults precede mine? (im not english, i try to explain) I need that my word, i have some Event pokemon at sell and he cost less, everyday spent. last week u said a ban for 1 week, and we are wenesday, the time is over.. ?
