Riolu's evolution is working correctly, so you should be able to get a Lucario as long as you've met the conditions correctly (255 happiness, leveled during the daytime, 10:00-20:00 Poketime). In addition, if you tried using a Rare Candy before, you may want to try leveling the Riolu manually instead this time. Let me know how it works. hey bro

you happeniss is 255 Yup, so just make sure to level your Riolu between 10:00-20:00 Poketime, since Riolu needs to be leveled with max happiness in the daytime in order to evolve. this at level 99 and if it fails to stay forever be a Riolu and do not want that
