i am trying to train my magikarp in johto without evolving it, but it looks like flail does not increase in power when his hp is low. tackle does more damage, even when magikarp has barely any hp left. i really hope this will get fixed, as it makes training magikarp and feebas easier.

i did beat bain, but next time my opponent uses bounce i'll try and record it. maybe i'll try a battle with a friend

so i was fighting blaine in cinnabar gym, who has a rapidash that know bounce. trying to use this in my advantage, i head a kingdra with the sniper ability holding a razor claw and when rapidash used bounce i used focus energy with kingdra to raise my critical hit ratio. but it didn't do anything, it just said kingdra used focus energy. the part "kingdra is getting pumped" didn't show up and i didn't get any critical hits. same goes with blastoise and skull bash, it says he used skull bash but his defence didn't get raised and next turn i had to pick a move again.

metal coat or 5k is what i'd like to pay
