Sovled it, I turned on Vsync and Limit Fps.... Cpu usage is now around 2-6% lol wtf :D :D Limit fps made it go down significantly but still spiked a bit, now with vsync on its stable

The days before i didnt have this issue. Sometimes while playing the game freezes for about 10sec and saying it isnt responding... The days before i didnt have this issue. Cpu: intel i5 4690k 4.5ghz Gpu: Ati 380 4gb
