This is UIS "user already in system" the only way to resolve it would be a server restart. Creating a new account would probably the best way to start playing as UIS is almost never considered good enough reason to restart the server.

Played pwo for 5 and a half years so I was familiar Shane and Nikola, I gravitated towards PRO in October 2014.
