Hello, if I share an account with someone else... can I do ranked PvP on that account or can only the person who owns the email account? If so...if I change the email to one of mine...can I play ranked pvp on that account?

hello, good afternoon... I finished the zekrom quest a couple of days ago and I just realized that they didn't return my berries and potions. is that a bug? Or what npc do I have to talk to to get them back? the guard of the tower I have spoken to him and he has not given me anything. How can I get my stuff back?
