Hi so i tried to log onto the silver server it wont let me log in it tells me i can only play on gold Tells me incorrect email or password it wont let me log in even though this is the correct information

Hi i played on the old red servers and went on break for a while when i returned i noticed there was only two servers so when i logged onto gold i noticed all of my pokemon everything gone as well as cosmetics i bought a long time ago i was wondering is there anyway to get these back if possible?

So I bought a revive and never got it I tried relogging and still never got it what do I need to do to fix this? I mean I didn't screenshot me buying it is there a way you guys can manually find out what happened?
