as the title,why can't my magnezone learn flash cannon as it reach the lvl 39? I know this skill doesn't exist on the skill list of the magnezone in the pokedex ,but in this website BULBAPEDIA,which says magnezone should learn it on lvl 39 in xy version, so I think it should be added. Can official help to solve this? thx :Frown:
