  1. Server down caused that I lost my halloween quest rewards

    Hello, this is my first time with this type of problems, I just finished the Halloween quest and I asked for the houndoom mount as a reward and then they also gave me a pumpkin hat and 100 event tickets. When I was almost to go outside of the building the sever got down and when I go back in again my reward wasn't there, any of the things I got wasn't there (the mount, hat or the tickets) but the other progress was saved the only thing that wasn't there were my rewards. I feel very frustrated, because any of my items wasnt there, is there any that we can do? I would appreciate your answer on the same. Thanks.
