Naero said in live chat that it was tradeable for him in the past (didn't explicitly say it should still be, to be clear though). If it is still supposed to be holdeable/tradeable, please fix. I'm out 50k to make sure a fellow player was not inconvenienced. I don't fully expect my reimbursement, but will be posting proof of agreement and transaction in next post. At the very least, i just hope for this to be fixed so others aren't inconvenienced in the future, or some type of indication/list made official of what can/cannot be traded if it's intentional, as everyone seems to be under the impression that *all* tms are tradeable.

blue server, tm 96 unable to be held even though it should be. Jed was buying 4 thief tms to deliver to me in johto, only to have trouble getting a pokemon to hold it for trade. everyone i've asked in help chat, and irc support, confirmed it should be holdeable/tradeable like all tms.
