15 mins rule only extends the auction timer if theres bids within the last 15mins. If no bids were made in that last remaining 15 mins and reach 0 min then any further bids are invalid. The 400k charmander 31/26, you started the auction at 9:42 AM (my time) on saturday and ended my morning today while i was at work.
