i decided that i wanted to change the xmas form of my kyurem to the formal one but unfortunatelly,the event ended.Can you please create an NPC that can give us the opportunity of changing it? thank you :)

i talked to the npc after completing the minimum requirement of 0,5% and i saw this message.Can someone please help me out?

Hello, it's the second time that I lost the world quest event and this is also the second time that the quest icon didnt appear and I didn't have the chance to participate...
