Eu pedi para trocar de servidor, e como jogo no celular, eu não loguei no site para ver a troca, pedi para mudar minha conta para o silver, quando cheguei em casa e loguei, fui no gold (pois não sabia da troca efetuada) e o char que estava lá era outro, na dashboard mostra que meu char que ta ativo, foi pro silver, mas fica dando nome e senha inválida, por favor, como eu faço pra logar no silver? Me ajudem!! Estou desesperado

O que aconteceu com essa última atualização? O servidor não consegue ficar 5 min sem cair, muitos jogadores incluindo eu, temos nossos ms, bms e buffs ativados, e essas quedas fazem com que mal possamos utiliza-los, esse jogo é maravilhoso, mas no estado em que o servidor se encontra, acabamos perdendo a vontade de jogar, espero que possam resolver isso, não deixem o PRO morrer por conta dessas quedas... Desde já obrigado

- Friends list will remain untouched.
- This will transfer your Gold account to Silver or vice versa.
- Your old Silver account will be on Gold and your old Gold account will be on Silver.
- Minimum 50h of in-game playtime
- 100k Pokedollars as payment
- Registered more than 3 months ago
- Clean Infraction History - Since May 1st, 2018
- Warnings do not count; Quiet, Trade, Temporary, and Permanent bans do
[*]Have to choose FREE NAMES (as in, not already taken) in case of a name change
- Warnings do not count; Quiet, Trade, Temporary, and Permanent bans do

I use this account last at 2016, and my friend give ban in my char in blue server, but now i am in gold, can be change to silver? I have many friends in silver and want to join

bom dia. anunciaram que era possivel fazer migração de servidores, eu sou do servidor gold, e quero ir para o silver, mas na minha dash board diz que é red ou blue, e uma delas levou ban, por algum motivo que eu desconheço, quero muito poder fazer essa mudança, por favor me ajudem!

dear @Shinohara, eu estou tendo um problema com meu e-mail, e não estou conseguindo entrar nele, então n estou podendo mudar a senha, já que o gold é o único servidor que está logando normalmente, pode reverter a mudança e trazer meu char de volta para o gold? por favor, eu quero muito poder voltar a jogar normalmente, e ficaria muito triste por perder todo o trabalho que tive na minha conta, me ajuda ai por favor!
