Ive recently seen a lot of banned people in the forum. People that has good progress in game and good pokemons. People that had make million on pokemon selling. And i was wondering why they risk their accounts in that way?. I also make this suggestion because i recently had a bad encounter with a guy and just want to use it as example. I want to made it clear that i dont know how the staff works or how they manage the punishment, so i made this just to get clear. It is impossible that all those people get banned because of hacking, glitching, scamming, etc). Some of them maybe insult other people. Or fake buy? Does the staff judge and punish every report the same way? I mean, i dont know if they ban or if they temporarily ban for an offense. And i dont know if ban or temp ban are the only punishments. Maybe the staff can make something like a warning system. Also the rules doesnt make clear how you are punished. If someone insults me, i can report him and he will get banned? I think they are things that decerve a temporary ban and a ban. Hacking or using glitches is bannable, using racist language also can be. But there are things that dont deserve a permanent ban. You should get something like a warning. - I will kill your mother and your friends. I hope your family gets cancer (bannable) But a regular insult (depends on the severity and how long he did it) should not be to insta ban forever. I think that with the actual system people can just report everything they dont like just to get the other person banned. There should be something like a punishment table in which people got his punishment according the severity of his actions or if this action is made multiple times. Fake Buy: It should be punishable as long as the bad player makes lose time (or money to the other player). If they rise the b.o without intention of buying, they should be punished with ban or temp ban. If they make you go from location x to y and they pretty much confirmed it, they should be punished maybe with a warning. What happens if they lose connection? I had an issue with a player that was mad at me. Im pretty sure it was because i didnt sell him something or i directly ignore his absurds offers. I was looking through trade chat and he overpriced an item and me (didnt remenber him) wanted to buy because i missread the price. He pretty much know his price was absurd. Me: Want to buy Him: Fake buyer? Tell me you are, say yes. Me: Sorry i missread. Him: You are lying. You pretty read it right. I mean, the point is, he wanted to trap me or take advantage so he can report me and get me being banned. So he can get his 'revenge'. But i didnt make him lose his time. I think he should be the one punished for being rude and trying to make a situation. Even after you say 'Want to buy' you can pull back the offer and not buy. Cause no one has stated a location yet. The other person can contact the buyer, but if he is offline, the seller just continue with another person and thats it. Sorry if the suggestion is a bit unorganized. I want to sell one of this two, but i want to keep one (the best) for me and use it for pvp. Which one i should keep? Rhyhorn or Rhyperior? Rhyhorn has slightly more attack and more defense. It doesnt have speed, but a Rhyperior is slow anyway. Dont pay attention to the evs, i will fix them.

What is exactly fake buying? Cause a guy just made me go from Dragons Den to Olivine City to sell him one thing. Then he proceed to ignore me (using the command) after i send him messages o my arrival. Is this punishable? He just ignored me like a little child.

In goldenrod city, Johto, theres a guy who gives you Macho Brace when you trade him a Drowsee. After that you can buy him 1 extra Macho Brace for 20k. After that, he doest have more to sell. Do any of you knows if there is a cooldown time to be able to buy him once again? To buy him multiple times. Or this only work one time and he will not sell you again?

Im trying to connect too. I tried to connect to blue server and it sends me normally to the queue. But when i try to connect the yellow server it stays saying loggin in and then the message dissapear without sendin me in to the queue.

You are supposed to fight red at the entrance to Victory Road. I enter the battle using my Gastly against his Mega Charizard X. Charizard X didnt stop using Earth Power against Gastly (was innefective and cant affect my pokemon) i managed to beat it and the second one was Snorlax. Snorlax killed all my pokemons except Gastly. Again it was incapable of attacking Gastly, and Gastly was incapable of taking him out. So i get stuck in the battle. I closed the game. I hope you guys can fix it for future players.

I have a really powerfull pokemon, but i dont want to sell it, i want to rent it. You give me 25k, which allows you to have the pokemon for an hour. After the time expires, the pokemo And must be returned or you risk your account to be reported in the forum (banned maybe?). What i want to know is: This kind of deal is legal? I dont wanna get banned. Also: If the other person somewhat refuses to return the pokemon and run away, can the staff return you the pokemon?.
