Here you can find the reasons why this isn't implemented: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=35832#at_Npcrebattle. I think It can't be done with the same code as bosess, because it would require to change every NPC manually (and as you may know, the game has a lot of them).

Sleep Talk has priority of 0. Any move used in it will have normal priority.

Even if the auction ends, I can keep the poke If i dont meet a desirable final price. - Minimum bid is 100k+ from the last one. - You can offer your start or insta, but i won't accept it if its too low. I would be ok with those staff pokes if they were random generated. They can even choose how they want them. We cant choose.

Even if they dont BAN legendary staff pokes, at least they should give them at random. We dont get to choose IVS or Natures or even the hidden power with mew or celebi or jirachi.

Its either catch them or buying them. You can get good pokemons just by buying.
