Hey players,
I'm awful at goodbyes (okay that's not true, I'm very good at writing cheesy things and walls of text, as you'll soon see). It saddens me to say that I've stepped down from staff in what's been an amazing journey over the past few months. Everything we've done as a team has been for the players, because we love this game, and we love this community, and we wanted to make as amazing of a product as we could for the fans. It's all been a labor of love. So if you're reading this, I hope playing PRO has made you smile and enjoy yourself at least once - that's all we can really ask for!
To my staff-mates who are still hanging on the team and who I didn't get a chance to say a personalized goodbye to: Best of luck. Each and all of you shaped me and my growth over these past few months, and I'm immeasurably grateful for it. Thanks for making me feel like PRO Staff was a true second family. Y'all are funny, interesting, smart, brilliant people, and I'm so lucky to have had you in my life and shared these experiences with you.

It's a bit surreal to me for me to be stepping back now. But it's time to move on with real life obligations and *shiver* be an Adult. So players, I'll miss you all. Take care, keep enjoying the game, keep being lovely humans! I'll truly miss all of you and the rest of community.

In the future, please be patient - the server that goes down will be rebooted whenever an admin is available to take care of it. That being said, the Red server is up again. Try logging in now, and you should be able to play. :)

Hi there. In the future, please refrain from posting off-topic comments on guild threads - create a thread in the General Support subforum if you have a question or issue with your game. As such, I've split your post into its own topic.
Can you provide more details on the issue you're experiencing? For example, are you getting a message like "User already logged in" when you try logging into the game? Have you made sure you're selecting the correct server from the drop-down menu? Be sure to check this guide for a list of commonly-experienced issues and their solutions, as well.

Odd - there shouldn't be a time or hours requirement in order to use those commands. I've forwarded the issue to the team so that it can be looked into when possible. Apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime, hopefully we'll be able to sort this out shortly!

285652 i have a shuckle and contrary is doing nothing... lowered stats still lower when hit. hit with screech, rock throw... both lowered instead of raised...
Since the Battle System Bugs subforum is only to report issues with moves/abilities/etc that are already coded, I've moved this to the General Support subforum. As MecanoJilano said, Contrary is not yet coded, hence why it's not working on your Shuckle. Hope that clears things up!

Unfortunately, I don't believe that King's Rock's extra flinch chance is currently coded. Make sure to keep an eye on our Update Logs, as that's where you'll be able to find further information on updated items/abilities/etc!

Hmm, that's strange. I tested it just now, and the Officer /ginvite and /gpromote commands do seem to be working properly. Try restarting your client, and if that doesn't help, then see if leaving and being repromoted would fix the issue. Let me know how it goes!

As the above poster has said, you'll need to wait for a server reboot. Servers are rebooted daily, so be patient and you should be able to play again soon!

289521 Quick question, I am currently Officer in the Laughing Coffin guild ingame. Yet I cannot promote players, nor invite members. Do I need a certain hour requirement within the guild?

When you're trying to promote and/or invite to the guild, have you confirmed that the other players are also online with you? Those commands can't be used offline, unfortunately.

If only the sun icon is highlighted for that map, then that means the Pokemon will appear there only during the daytime. Daytime occurs between 10:00-20:00 Poketime, so make sure you're hunting for Machop and Machoke only between those hours on the Victory Road 1F map.
Conversely, if all three icons (the sunrise, sun, and moon) are highlighted, then that means the Pokemon will appear on that map during all times of day. As said previously, spawn times are important to keep in mind. If you're hunting on a map where the Pokemon appears only during a specific time of day, then you won't encounter that Pokemon on that map when it's not that time of day. I hope that clears things up!

Hey there, TeemoKing. I'm glad to hear you're excited for the new Pokemon Sun & Moon games! Unfortunately, considering they haven't actually been released yet, implementing Sun & Moon content into PRO is rather unlikely to happen.
However, do keep in mind that PRO is in development - as such, our team is constantly working on adding fresh new updates to the game. I won't go into specifics to avoid giving out spoilers, but as per our homepage:

What time of day are you searching for Machop and Machoke? Sometimes Pokemon will only spawn at certain times of day on certain maps, so be sure to check their Pokedex pages to see their spawn times for that particular route.

Hi there. The "User already logged in" message can happen as the result of a server-side glitch where the game continues to register your account session as active, even after you've already logged out.
Unfortunately, the only way to resolve this is to wait for a server reboot. You can keep an eye on the Blue server status here. Servers are rebooted daily, so be patient in the meantime and you should be able to play again soon enough.

I want to be online just now and want to start playing again, but my ID got banned? what happened? I didnt use any cheats and i didnt break any rules inside PRO Rules (https://pokemonrevolution.net/rules.php). Please help.
Please log into your Account Dashboard and check whether or not it says you're banned there. If so, you'll need to open a thread in the Discipline Appeals subforum.

Hi there, unfortunately only the move tutor for Dark Pulse is implemented in-game at the moment, as far as I know. However, as you've said, Greninja learns Dark Pulse via TM rather than move tutor. That means you'll have to wait for the Dark Pulse TM to be coded into the game before Greninja can learn it.
