I think the problem is because of crowded server. PRO works fine today, thanks for the reply.

I am on queue to enter yellow server (500+ ppl on queue) then after 5 - 15 minutes on queue, it says "cannot connect to server". It happens about 4 times already. there is no problem with my internet though. what is the problem? thank you very much.
