  1. That guide just tells me what I already did. It is not a solution for a problem, just a hint how to open ANY program on mac that was not downloaded from App Store. Anyway, thank you for sharing. But I am still looking for someone who had/has the same error message as me which is "The program "PRO_OSX9542" cannot be opened" or who has an idea what causes this issue... greetz
  2. PRO Username: Crusher Have you looked at the FAQ to solve your issue?: Yes On which server issue happened: None What have you done before the problem was there? I unpacked the .zip the standard mac unpacking program "The Unarchiver" stated the file was corrupted (also after re-downloading...). Three other unpackers could unpack without problems, but neither thus created game file (2.xx GB) did work. When trying to open each time it stated "the program could not be started". What have you already tried to solve the problem? i have no firewall activated nor any antivirus SW. i restarted mac. redownloaded and unpacked the file. dont know what else to try... any ideas are welcome, cuz u know, i wanna catch 'em all Edit: Problem solved I considered the program "the unarchiver" as mac's standard unpacking software (because i set it to standard years ago when the built-in solution didn't always work reliably...) and thus confused it with "archive utility" which is the true built-in solution. (Thx to Pixiu for reminding me). So the built-in archive utility unpacks just fine and the program now runs. Description and Message
