    Hello I wanted to know why I can't see the NPC Symphonia in Saffron City (Sinnoh Quest) , I have Starmie OT I think I'm also a Hoenn champion because I wouldn´t be able to travel from region to region, I'm back after played 2 years ago I was on the blue server now I'm on the gold server
