First of all, thanks for doing this... I love pvp tournaments, I would like some small circuit of official tournaments in the future (like 4 or 3 major tournaments per year and little tournaments every month) I'm hoping I get a good answer from one of the organizers, I'm really curious about... "the OT rule". I mean, I'm OK, I arranged my pokes and teams in order to comply with that, but I'm curious of why limiting the competitive aspect with that rule...

well future always from front....and fletch/talon is from gen 6...and if is from gen 6 we dont are at gen 5.... most game mechanics are gen 5 (hidden power, movesets, lvl up moves, etc...) so NO, we are not in gen 6... Talonflame is super hard to farm so if u faced one probably its ivs are trash... also is walled by a TON of pokemon Azumarill, tyranitar, magnezone, tyranturm, kabutops, slowbro, milotic and the list could go on.... U're not even asking for gen7 update (which is super crazy considering all the things that are not coded yet, there are moves from 4th gen like volt-switch and u-turn that don't work properly...) u're just asking for a talonflame nerf cause u got trashed by it....

the crying shadowtag post of the week. Opposed to what u said, every week and every month someone make a thread crying because they lost against a freaking gothielle... I personally don't use it, and have only seen it once... just got rid of it easily... u only need HEAVY HITTERS. If u play 6 stall mon, and get destroyed by a freaking gothielle DEAL WITH IT.... The meta of this game is arleady pretty short, and u only wanna make it smaller because u can't counter something with a LOT of counters.. Smogon has it banned, but in smogon u have a millon diffrent pokes so no point of comparison... Just learn to carry a counter to a pkmon and that's all

There is no thread but the 1st place guild receives: And the top 10 in individual PVP earns rewards. now is only top 10 ?? i finished last ladder in 14th and i've not received my pvp coins which server? same here, 12th and no reward :/
