Nevermind, my bad

Hello staff! I am currently stuck at Celadon, specifically at Rocket Hideout. It's because it keeps saying that I must find the Eevee but I already looked up it's whereabouts but it says its empty and that Eevee is not there. I might have made a mistake because I ignored Greg in the first place, i took the key and did not talk to him until I finished battling him and Giovanni later. I think I've done all the steps from the guide but still no Eevee found everywhere. I hope you can help me with my concern. Thank you.
