I was disconnected while picking fossils in hoenn, now it says error reward not found. The same thing already happened to me when I was supposed to get my mount from the valcan bosses. Can someone please help me with atleast one of theses issues by resetting them for me or something?

I fought the aqua leader, found the gems, went to the top of mt summer and all I could find was magma grunts no leader. It looks like he supposed to be in 3f 2 by he's not for me. what did I do wrong?
