    Hello AESenior I'm sorry to hear that you lost against Ash but don't worry you can still get the hat, you just have to continue normally your quest. Follow this guide if you need assistance about it : I lost against Ash and i still got the hat. (it just took me 54 mankey to get that item...doh...)
