What are your settings in PRO? (resolution/vsync GUI zoom)

I am going to guess your on win10 in which case i would like to show you Known Issues there are a few suggestions in there i hope it helps.

Could you please inform us to your computer specs? Also can you show us what options you have selected. We might be able to better assist you if we have more information about your pro settings and your computers specs(limitations). I have an OLD pc myself and i don't run into any issues which is why it's hard for me to assist you without more information.

oh here's a thought to balance things out we place an extremely low limit on the number items your able to carry with no place to store them except on the pokemon you've caught. this would help balance things out for item based moves being implemented i'm sure people would be extremely happy only being able to carry 9 items on them in exchange for item based moves. each potion is a slot each pokeball is a slot me personally id rather keep it as is but tell me what do you think to that solution?

What kind of proxy? public or private? If it is a public proxy and was abused in the past by another user then it could be banned.

This should be resolved. Just remember for the future you can't trade mounts.

I know this is an older thread but i wanted to update it since we have found some things out since this post was made. However to fix the 640x400 being "greyed out" you will have to use the x86 platform i repeat x64 = will NOT WORK / the x86 = Works

Several of our win10 users have reported similar problems. Some of these solutions worked for some people, others still ran into problems. Hopefully one of the workarounds that users have found helps you out. Known Issues
