  1. Can't Access Account Merge Page [SOLVED]

    Dear PRO team and community, I am attempting to merge my previous red and blue accounts onto the new silver server but I am unable to access the account merge page from my dashboard. I have waited over 48 hours and tried to access the page multiple times throughout the day with no success. Here is what my dashboard looks like, and the page that appears when I click "[Merge is required]": Why am I unable to access the merge page, and how can I merge my account without it? Any assistance would be much appreciated.
