Charizard, Gyarados, Raichu, Espeon, Gengar, Jynx. All of them are 75+

For xmas map, you can go there from route 1 if you have at least 4 gym badges :) Your pokemon levels should be fine as for now you can only find 20-ish pokemons in the xmas map (both wild and trainer).

My IGN is ClockSpeed. I played Pokemon Diamond a few years ago, and I recently found Pokemon Revolution, which successfully made me interested to join the awesome community. :)
