    go to  start >settings > update & security >  windows security > virus & threat protection  note x2 > manage on virus protection settings > turn real time off  ( it will turn back on itself)  leave open until you have the game installed

  3. Hi MangyCrow,

     

    I am sorry to hear that option did not work for you.

     

    However after doing some research, using the phone as a remote should have a option/setting to simulate a touchpad.

     

    This should allow for you to get past the "allow".

  4. I was trying to play this on my smart tv but I cannot seem to get past the user agreement. I have connected controllers, remotes, keyboard and mouse even tried my phone as a remote. I can't seem to get anything to click the agree button. Is it not possible to start the program with controller access turned on? Or can I not play it on my tv because it's not touch screen...

     

     

    Hi MangyCrow,

     

    Have you tried to "accept" on a computer or on a smartphone (install pro onto your phone) ?

     

    Once you get past this you should be able to login to the game as normal on the smart tv .

  6. Hi Nezuko, yes it is a visual bug I took a Kanto poke and tried adding it to my team and it would just go back to the box. As for the leftover, I removed it from a poke in my team and it didn't go back to the bag when I went to put it on another poke... just that I don't want to loose any more leftovers... knowing that it would not get replaced. The thing is it wasn't during a crash or roll back so that's why I thought I would report it.... thanks for your response.
