And I guess there is no way to recover at least the pokemon or given to the new account? It is the only issue I have with this problem since I don't want to put the time into training again.

Yes it did and it did not existed at all after I tried to recover my passwort. I know a lot of people have the issue but the only thing I want to know if the progress can be restored at all...

Hello, I registered with the same Username, Kidd, yesterday as the game started. As the server crash accured today and the server went up again I saw that my account was not there anymore without a reason. I asked Neltharion in the chat and the reason was: "Due to an error with the database" and that I should do a support request here. I had already the second badge, my pokemon were Charmeleon, Gyarados, Ariados and Nidorina all level were all around 24. I hope someone can help me. Sincerely, Kidd
