Is there anytime that the Reboot may be at? I really wanna play but I got the User already logged in glitch :( Lame;/

I have seen some others having this issue, but it was around a year ago. Is there anyway to fix it now? Also is the Server Status time without a reboot? Cause if it is it could potentially be weeks before I can log in...???
