It's good to hear the community's opinion on this ;). but i though that making it into an option and making to be more special because right now there are 3 elite 4, but if you were to choose to beat them then there would be like an sort of championship in the game with more difficult AI, that way the people who would want to be extreme battlers could do so and people who are more just into getting the badges/ exploring and don't really want to have a difficulty when progressing through the game could do so. but i'm just one opinion, and i of course respect everyone's opinion on this. Hello everyone, i haven't played the game for a super long time or anything but i was wondering if perhaps the elite 4 of every region could be made into an option. i played for a while finally got all 8 badges in kanto and wanted to progress to the next region, sadly i coul not until i beat the elite 4 from Kanto, i tried it and failed a couple of times, so then i started looking up on how to beat them and that included EV training (i had no idea what that was before), it is just a long and hard grind, and at that moment it just felt more like some kind of job to me than a game which i really didn't like, at that moment i lost a lot of interest in the game, and was altogether sick of playing. I think that when beating the elite 4 could be an option in order to progress would make it more enjoyable for players and keep players playing instead of ramming into the brick wall called the elite 4. This is just my opinion i don't know if anyone agrees with me but i just wanted to be the idea out there. Thank for ready :D
