Anyone know if there is an app you can download to make movements and actions easier. Like a keyboard. Moving the char on touch screen feels laggy

hi, so i been away from the game for awhile, and now when i started it up again i had to make a new char on gold and couldnt make one on silver. all my progress so far is gone, and i fine with starting over but if there was a way to get my other stuff that i bought i would be happy. had a few mounts and cloths
