Hi, So I was playing around 3-4am (PST) on 9/10. I caught a modest Hypno at route 11 and I left the game. I signed in again just now and my progress was not saved. Is there anyway to get my hypno back? It would mean a lot to a new player like me. Thank you very much. Best regards, Julipuff

Greetings, I am a new player and I bought a mount for my girlfriend, hoping to trade it to her since it says tradable. Later I found out I can't trade until I have the rainbow badge and this defeats the purpose of me buying the mount in the first place. If possible, I would very much like a refund.
