    Hi! Yes I was able to fix this issue. I am with BT in the UK and they have a network protection feature that was not compatible with the website and game. I had to log in and disable this (it was only an additional security feature) and I can now access the game alongside other previously blocked websites. Another layer to my issue was being unable to login to the silver server after merging my accounts, changing my password fixed this. Thanks :)

  2. Can't log in to Silver Server

    When I try and log in to the silver server i'm told that my information is incorrect however, using the same information works fine for the gold one. I have the latest client as of today's update. Thanks.
