Stuckerrs

Hi there, I recently came back to the game, bringing a friend with me and we started on the Silver server on a new account named Vanic. I was clueless on how to get this account back, as i'm quite a clueless person often myself. After playing a bit with my friend, meeting some nice people who I befriended from the Silver server I really did want my old account back because I had tons of good memories and some items still on there. I then figured out that this account was somehow... now linked to the Gold server? I wanted to know if there was any way at all to get this moved to my preferred Silver server, but that I think seems to be impossible. So I really want to know if there's a way for me to move my Pokemon and my coin-items and such to my silver account so I don't need to make a choice between which I deem to be more important. Is anyone able to help me out? :/
