Already check the boxes and reinstall the Game but i didn't find the pokemons. Please help me

He send back yesterday, I check My box and i remember the notification that Say they Pokémon lend finnish but i don see My Pokémon in My PC. He sent me picture of his box and the Pokémon does not appear.
