I am guessing prankster is one of the disabled abilities at the time?

I'd like to know if Cottonee would be obtainable again in the close future, you sneaked him out of treasure beach and replaced him with lame starly. q.q

I think this is the right forum, but redirect it if necessary. The water on route 30 (the pond in the bottom right and the pond in the middle) don't spawn any pokes whatsoever, the hud shows there should be water pokes on this route. "EDIT" I forgot to mention that I only tried it by surfing (don't have a rod yet).
