i got disconected today while waiting for the time in game.when i try to log in it say user already loged in and i cant log in.pls fix it pls :Frown: :Frown:

already about 2 weeks since my quest is bugged, i already finish all step of finding santa,i already talk to him, but i see my friend finish him and go back to master elf to claim it prize and talk to santa near him. but for me when i got back to master elf santa isnt there i already talked to master elf,and he say thanks you for finding santa, is it because when i talk to santa in cave after beat the monster in there i got disconnected?and i came back to the cave and talk to santa again he doesnt talk anything just ignore me...help me pls i want my clothes.

after i finish quest"find santa" i already beat all monster in cave and talk to santa, but when i talk to santa i got disconnected .and i go back to viridian pokecenter and i talked to master elf,he say thank you.but my friend said i got a prize from santa he's in left of master elm.but i dont see him so i go back to frozen cave and i see santa is there,when i tried to talk to him he dont say anything?and i didnt get any prize help pls.
