I read on one the threads that the devs don't want breeding because they don't want players to be able to easily get valuable rare pokemon for no effort or hunting, That is something I agree with 100%, I don't mind farming/grind to get the rare pokemon but I want but I absolutely hate when I finally get the pokemon I want after hours and hours of grind it has crap IV's. I haven't got a shiny yet but I can imagine how those guys would feel if they got one and it had crap IV's. I think breeding was originally added to pokemon to alleviate this problem, With breeding not going into PRO we are back to having the problem with IV's stats rely on insane rng which makes the game feel more like a typical korean grindfest mmo than the pokemon universe. My suggestion since breeding is off the table. - Remove IV's and make Pokemon value based on their rarity not IV stats. or - A way to reroll IV's at a price. or - A way to increase IV's at a price. I love PRO I just wish when I finally catch a rare pokemon there was a way I could work towards making him as strong as can be instead of knowing he will always be subpar forever no matter what.
