Hi, that worked. The only problem was that the steelix didn't showed up during torkoal rescue. But beating him after solved the problem. Thanks

Update: I rescued torkoal but Steelix was bugged, it never showed up during the rescue and he was waiting there when i went.

I want to add that i already rescued torkoal but the mega steelix never spawned

I talked to Steven at Valley of Steel Eastern Peak but the guy blocking the Underground won't move.
