Hey, there! Sorry the steps Neroli listed above didn't help; The only possible issue left I can think of are the requirements; are you guys sure to meet them ? Especially when @BashFick mentions to not do other stuff in the meanwhile. It sounds to me that your CPU might be the issue ^^ The requirements are the following: Do you experience crashes with other games as well, or only PRO? How often does it occur? After how long, from the moment you start the game?
