How do I take things out the mailbox because when I click the item the tab closes

I was on the gold server and I don't know if it crashed but when I quit the game and came back, it said 503 service not available. When I try to log in it says logging in for a long time till it fades.

Hey, guys, I'm just tryna get to sinnoh and I can't get there because when I go to play I can't connect to the server. I have deleted the game a redownloaded it same problem. Whats the deal?

After i login and get ready to get into the game it stays at "Loading Map". My game is at PRO64_Spearow why is it doing this please help.
