1. what I really meant with the "Coin item" is:

    string x = "Coin item";

    buff() {

    boosts the chances of encountering the desired pokemon;

    }

    //

    if x.isImplementedRipPRO {

    buff();

    }

    //

    repelTrick(){

    requirements();

    buff();

    }

    string requirements(){

    return "syncW/lvl";

    }

    Both has the same intention but with different approach whether x will be implemented or not. xD

  2. The Repel Trick has made the game too easy. imo, PRO wont last long if it starts drifting far from it's original MMO style. Game too easy = less people playing and grinding.

    I loved the hardcore farming aspect that the game once had. It's no longer as enjoyable now that I can catch 10 ExRare Pokemon in 20 minutes.. Don't want a repeat of the handhelds.

    The pokes don't become more common, you simply avoid the low tier stuff. 10 rares in 20 minutes is incredibly unlikely. Furthermore, even before the recent changes there were >rare< pokes that you could use the trick on. Those included Larvitar for example, and as you should have noticed they didn't suddenly decrease in value when Pre posted the guide explaining the RT.

    I presume, it also serves like an alternative way for (just in-case there is one in planned) a Coin item that boosts the spawn of ER/R/high tier pokemon by , lets say 20% -- just like w/ Black MS.

    Though it wont be a pay-2-win but still it drastically lessens the grind w/ less cost.

    I know how nathan feels even though Im not a pro-repelTrick but neither is an anti-repelTrick. Just a simple grinder.

  3. The thing that you should worry about is, if do you have the patience to withstand the struggle. A patience wherein you dont anymore expect for it(shiny) to pop and be a lifeless robot that wont stop clicking "right and left" or "up and down", and "run" button till a shiny smeargle appears.

    This all are based on my experience.

  4. You know it after all, still you proceed. Charge it to experience. Lesson: expect shiny pop 24/7, even passing just a single grass patch. Condolence for the loss.

    If you demand for a respawn, i doubt you'll a receive a help.

    But if its a suggestion to remove the 4min mark , I support it

  6. Hey there, you could also abuse the FLASH move or any move the reduces accuracy, after that switch in a sweeper with Dragon Dance, Swords Dance/Nasty Plot with Agility, buff them fully and sweep. Moves that reduces foe's Atk or Sptk would also be a good assistance for the sweeper.

  7. BAN Shiny/sthey make people jelly, it is a ruthless crime.

    You point is good but not good at all, yeah shiny is annoying if he have bad stat example : A Shiny machamp No guard 10 atk, he dont kill you.

    About shiny defense is bad for pokemon (i see a Shiny Clefable with 10 IVs at all and a Clefable Shiny with +20)

    And i kill it easily with a bad pokemon.

    Noe boi , im not referring about the stats nor how they could or fail to pull of a win using shiny. But seeing that sparkling recolored variant of em is. >;]

  8. Great Idea! :D and i could suggest that they could put like a Shovel or something for the dig spots too! it would help a lot cause you need a poke full happiness to dig the area

    If i remember it correctly, all suggested coin items that acts as an alternative for overworld moves that requires happiness are rejected by staff/s, w/ constructed reasons ofc.

  9. Unfortunately that's how the story goes. Everyone has been dealt with it so, guess you'll just have to deal with it too.

    A lil advice, bring a sturdy pokemon with status inducing move -- i.g., thunderwave. or a 2-5 Sucker puncher. It helped me beating Deoxys.

    Welcome to Hell (for some) btw.
