    Hey LinLin, reply to this thread once you are online to check if a staff member is avaiable to help you. If not, you can ask another player for help in chats like All and Help chat, and if you area afraid that they might scam you, you can take screenshots from the conversation and the pokemon so it can get retrieved later (Guide for visibility). Hope the evolution gets done soon and apologies for the time you had to wait. Oh, I already got a friend to help :D thanks anyways
